HutJet Model T2 — the Art of Compact Space Embodied in Architecture
How do you create a full-fledged living space in just 73.6 m² — without compromising comfort, functionality, and style? This task became not a limitation but a challenge, which we answered with the T2 project. In this article, we explain how we achieved the balance of form and function in a compact space — with precision and attention to detail.HutJet model T2Space That Works for YouT2 is based on the philosophy that guides all our projects: compactness isn't about limitations, it's about efficiency. Every solution here is not a coincidence but a result of thorough design. The structure is based on a wooden frame, insulated with 200 – 250 mm mineral wool in all external surfaces. This ensures high energy efficiency and acoustic comfort. Living in such a house means staying warm in winter, cool in summer — and always quiet.Living Room: More Than a Space for RelaxationLight palette, natural materials, subtle textures — everything works to create a sense of space, tranquility, and balance.HutJet model T2 Living RoomEach element serves multiple functions. The soft convertible sofa serves as a daytime relaxation zone, a guest bed, and a smooth transition to the terrace. The bio fireplace adds coziness without requiring complex engineering solutions.HutJet model T2 Living RoomThe TV is mounted on a rotating mechanism — you choose where to watch: from the living room sofa or, for example, lying in bed. This solution saves space without duplicating equipment.Terrace: An Extension of Your HomeOver 20 m² — a space that extends the house's boundaries. Came. Saw. Bought: HutJet — Lake model taken directly from the showroom!
In early April, the HutJet — Dynamic House team dismantled the Lake prefab house display model with a total area of 134 m² due to its sale. This house is one of our most popular models, and this time it literally didn't have time to 'sit' in the showroom. The buyer immediately appreciated the advantages of the prefab production concept and chose the ready-made solution.Lake consists of three functional units, comfortably accommodating:a kitchen-living room with large panoramic windows;a cozy bedroom;a children's room;two bathrooms;an entrance hall;a walk-in closet;and a spacious terrace — perfect for outdoor breakfasts or evening relaxation. Before transportation, fragile dishes were removed, appliances were wrapped in protective film, and cabinets and furniture were secured to ensure safe transport. The dismantling was carried out by a team of three specialists: two installers and a crane operator. Work began with disassembling the terrace, after which the modules were loaded onto special trailers — platforms designed for transporting large structures.https://youtu.be/17_TwLUUANc?si=V_TODVzpdCDvlFq6The entire dismantling and transportation process took only one working day. The next morning, installation work began at the new location: laying the foundation and assembling the modules into a single structure. Such implementation timeframes are one of the key arguments in favor of HutJet. The client receives not just a house, but a turnkey solution that's ready to live in literally within a day after purchase. We remind you that HutJet — Dynamic House models are manufactured using prefab technology: each module is created in the factory with maximum precision and comes equipped with everything necessary — from furniture and household appliances to decor and smart home systems.HutJet Means:rapid implementation (from order to move-in within weeks);high assembly quality;freedom to choose design, area, and configuration;convenience of further operation.Want to see with your own eyes what a modern modular home looks like?Visit the largest prefab house showroom in Kyiv:Domosfera Shopping Center, 101 Stolychne Highway.Perhaps your perfect HutJet is already waiting for you there.
Serhiy Samusiev: HutJet — Dynamic House is a New Level of Freedom for those who Live there!
HutJet — Dynamic House is a construction company that has brought about a true revolution in architecture. Thanks to innovative prefab technology, HutJet architects led by company founder Serhiy Samusiev manufacture genuine "movable real estate" at their own high-tech factory. Now your home can move with you anywhere in the world — if it is created at the HutJet factory. Why does traditional construction fall short of innovative approaches? How much time does it take to manufacture a prefab house? And what are its main advantages? Serhiy Samusiev discussed this in a conversation with political expert and editor-in-chief of the "Khvylia" website Yuriy Romanenko.– I would like to first explain what problems I was trying to solve when launching this production. I have been in construction for more than a decade and came to the disappointing conclusion that it is impossible to build with quality in real construction conditions. First, weather conditions interfere, seasonality interferes. All this delays deadlines. Very low quality of project documentation... Overall, trying to respond to all these challenges, I came to understand that a quality house can only be built at a factory, in a workshop, - says Samusiev. But independence from climatic conditions is only one of the advantages of HutJet — Dynamic House. Speed of manufacturing plays a key role:– Overall, I can say that the houses we are talking about now represent a completely different level of freedom for the people who live there. The level of freedom lies in the fact that from the moment of ordering a house to the moment of moving in takes 2-3 weeks. In just 2 – 3 weeks after ordering a house, you can start living there.Another advantage of HutJet is mobility and flexibility:– A particularly important factor of our houses is that they can be assembled in one day and likewise disassembled in one day, transported and assembled at a new location. You can transport a house abroad, you can transport a house across the country. Place a house anywhere, and you don't even need a building permit. Formally, let's say, it is placed without a foundation or on a shallow foundation
